Rihanna, właściwie Robyn Rihanna Fenty (ur. 20 lutego 1988 roku w St. Michael), to amerykańska wokalistka pop pochodząca z Barbadosu. Jest najstarszą z trójki dzieci Ronalda Fenty i Monici Fenty, w jej żyłach płynie domieszka krwi karaibskiej i irlandzkiej. Jej znakiem rozpoznawczym są niezwykłe, zielone oczy. Rihanna zadebiutowała 2005 roku na pierwszym miejscu listy przebojów przebojem pt. "Pon de Replay", wcześniej podpisała kontrakt płytowy z należącą do rapera Jay-Z wytwórnią Def Jam. Do inspiracji muzycznych Rihanny należą m.in. Alicia Keys, Beyoncé Knowles, Mariah Carey i Whitney Houston. Przy realizacji własnych kompozycji współpracowała m.in. z Vada Nobles znaną ze współpracy z Lauryn Hill. Wystąpiła ona także na festiwalu "Coke Live Music Festival" w Krakowie w 2007 roku, a także na koncercie 19 marca 2008 w Warszawie.
