Culcha Candela (pol. Płonąca Kultura) burzy fikcyjne mury uprzedzeń i nieporozumień. Od ponad dwóch lat ta siódemka osób tworzy wspólnie muzykę, świetnie się przy tym bawiąc oraz chwaląc porozumienie, wzajemny szacunek i wolność. Sześciu wokalistów (Itchyban, Don Cali, Johnny Strange, Larsito, Lafrotino, Mr. Reedoo) oraz jeden DJ (DJ Chino) mają korzenie w pięciu krajach i na czterech kontynentach (Korea, Uganda, Kolumbia, Polska i Niemcy). Teksty śpiewają po niemiecku, angielsku oraz hiszpańsku, a na ich unikatowe brzmienie składają się bezpośrednie hip-hopowe bity, pełne energii rytmy latynoskie oraz relaksujące wibracje reggae. Culcha Candela stoi po stronie autentyczności. Są dalecy o miliony lat świetlnych od czegokolwiek, co przypominałoby produkt zebrania marketingowców, którego celem jest wprowadzenie na listę przebojów w dziesięć minut nowego super wielokulturowego zespołu dla pulsującego miasta.
